Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within 14 days with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement product and size. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
